PARCO Gunvor Limited (PGL) makes history as the first Oil Marketing Company (OMC) in Pakistan to win a Blue Dragon Award at the Dragons of Asia Awards 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Its corporate campaign for women’s empowerment, #SplitTheTimeTax, earned the highest score of any entry from Pakistan and was named the country’s best campaign, a proud milestone for PGL on a prestigious international stage. This campaign also won a Gold Dragon in the small-budget category.

The idea behind ‘Split the Time Tax’, developed under PGL’s Bangles of Strength’ platform, addresses an often-overlooked dimension of equity: access to time. While everyone has 24 hours, women continue to shoulder a disproportionate share of invisible work, creating a “time tax” that limits their wellbeing and progress. PGL advocates moving beyond equal opportunity by shining a light on the structural barriers to women’s participation in the workplace, at home and across communities, for a truly inclusive and equitable tomorrow.
